DescriptionInsurance policy for the dirigible ”Hindenburg” and sister ships ”L.Z. 130” and ”Graf Zepplin.” Five panels with addendum attached by staple on last panel. Signed by several dozen investors. Dated 19/10/36.

(The registration for the Hindenburg was ”LZ 129”. The Graf Zepplin, ”LZ 127”, was the predecessor to the indenburg and decommissioned 1 month after the Hindenburg disaster. ”LZ 130 was the Graf Zepplin II, the sister ship of the Hindenburg and last flew in 1939. In April of 1940, Hermann Göring ordered LZ 127, LZ 130 and the unfinished LZ 131 to be scrapped for the World War II effort.)
